This is an awesome recipe that is super easy to make, adds plenty of meaty goodness (for those who like the extra protein in their soups!) and can be made with whatever root vegetables, herbs and spices you like or have available.
We absolutely love this Pork Belly recipe from by Jamie Oliver which is surprisingly easy and always gets a crackling result! The homemade gravy recipe is a bonus too.
Schnitzel is big favourite with the whole family - kids especially love the thinly sliced crumbed meat. We make ours a bit healthier by using wholemeal crumbs and we often choose to use pork instead of beef as a leaner option.
